ORGANIC ROYAL QUINOA
The Royal Quinoa is a "pseudo-cereal" known for its high nutritional value, cultivated in the bolivian south plains, because of its geographic location the produced grain is unique in the world.
The Quinoa plant is caracterized by its resistance to the harsh environment where is cultivated. The grain doesnt have gluten, compared with another grains it has superior levels of protein, fat, fiber and ash, all of this makes the Quinoa a healty option in the human diet.
As mentioned before the Royal Quinoa have a high proteic content, 37% is considered esential. Amongst its contents it has calcium, iron, phosophorus and zinc. It has high levels of vitamins as B, C and E, its rich in carotene and niacien. Because of all of that, its safe to say that Quinoa is an amazing cereal.
OUR PLANTATIONS
Our company has its own plantations in the bolivian south, located in the Patacamaya zone in La Paz department. Here we produce "white organic quinoa". We work alongside with the local producers giving them our technical support.
